For all students attending this date as their FINAL PRACTICAL EXAM please make sure you bring your portfolio COMPLETE on this day. Without this you won't be considered for exam.
Make sure your portfolio includes:
- Relevant assignments and workbooks (only the ones not submitted on Learnworlds)
- 2000 word essay on a chosen injury (if not submitted on Learnworlds)
- Course evaluation
- Tutor evaluation confidential feedback forms (refer to your induction pack)
- Course index signed by tutors on the date the respective module has been completed
- Evidence Trail sheet (refer to your induction pack)
- Case studies (as explained in class)
